Move Up --

We request that all clients pay for services as they are rendered.

We require a 50 percent deposit on all surgeries before we begin the surgery.  Each client is provided a detailed estimate for approval prior to the start of any surgery or extensive procedure.

Only the owner or an authorized agent of the owner may approve a surgical estimate.  We require that the owner or agent read completely the surgical estimate, and one of our staff members witnesses the owner / agent signature.  Any questions are answered by the staff or the doctor.  If an owner / agent is unable to provide "informed consent" we prefer to cancel the surgery.

If we receive a bad check, we do not wait too long before referring the check to the county district attorney´s office to assist us in collecting.  It is our experience that the district attorney´s office impresses the client that we are seroius about the debt.  This process has been essentially 100 percent successful and thus we have very little to do with any collection agencies.
